Real-world assets, rebuilt as training environments.
NEV Labs is the IT asset arm of a technology holding company. We acquire and license real-world assets — operating records, software and IP — and put them to work, de-identified to world-class standards, in two ways: consolidated into new IT assets, or rebuilt as environments where agents and models can be trained on how real businesses operate.
Specialist asset managers for enterprise IT
Companies build up years of records, systems and IP that earn nothing once filed away. We acquire or license them, make them safe to use, and rebuild them into something that can be trained on.
Real-world assets, under a master licence
Enterprise, operational and sovereign data, private software and IP — acquired outright or taken under a master licence that covers rebuilding it into environments, not just reading it.
Made safe before anything moves
Every asset is de-identified to world-class standards — EU GDPR, US and India DPDP — and its ownership and copyright confirmed, before it is put to work.
Consolidated, or rebuilt as environments
Assets are merged into new IT assets, or sorted, cleaned and arranged into personas, workflows and traces — an environment that models and agents can be trained and tested in.
From real-world records to an enterprise simulation
Our goal is to reconstruct the enterprise worlds behind the assets we hold, and to run them as a sovereign sandbox that research firms, labs and technology platforms can train and evaluate agents in. We are on that path. Here is where each stage stands.
Licensed real-world assets
- Emails and chats
- CRM and ERP records
- SOPs and documents
- Transactions and system logs
- Acquired or licensed
- Made safe and structured
- Business context preserved
Reconstruct the enterprise
Interactive environment
The agent acts. The world changes.
Reward and feedback feed the next attempt. Reset the scenario. Retry. Learn.
Sovereign sandbox
Each asset becomes its own world
For each of the four asset classes we hold, we are building a custom environment: the personas, tools, tasks and verifiers that let an agent practise the work the records describe.
A sales and support world
Customer personas, a working CRM and a support queue. The verifier checks whether the deal moved or the ticket closed.
A working codebase
Private repositories with history and tests become coding tasks. The test suite is the verifier.
A review and approval world
Contracts, revisions, filings and the email chains around them — long, multi-party work with a documented right answer.
An editorial world
Published and broadcast archives become research, editing and rights-handling tasks, with the archive holding the answer.
What an environment asks of an agent
A manufacturer's three years of operating records, rebuilt as a procurement world. Every environment takes this shape: a task, a world that changes, and a verifier that knows what good looks like.
"One critical component is delayed. Resolve the supply issue without breaking the approved budget or the production schedule."
A purchasing manager, a finance controller, a production planner and a set of suppliers — each a persona with its own goals. A simulated ERP with live purchase orders, approvals and stock.
- Inspect the ERP records and the delayed order
- Contact supplier personas and negotiate alternatives
- Raise or amend purchase orders
- Request approvals from the right people
- Production stays on schedule
- The order is valid and the budget holds
- Approval policy was followed
Every attempt produces a new trajectory and a score. Change the supplier, the delay or the constraints, and run it again. Illustrative scenario, written for this page.
Made safe before it is put to work
De-identification is the first of our trust protocols, done to world-class standards — EU GDPR, US and India DPDP — before any asset is consolidated or rebuilt. A customer becomes the same code in a call, an invoice and a chat thread: the world still makes sense to an agent, and nobody can tell whose it was.
Illustrative records, written for this page. Faces, logos and signatures in scanned documents are detected and blacked out in the same pass.
Research firms, labs and technology platforms
On the AI side, research firms, labs and technology platforms, on reinforcement learning tasks and the real-world assets they train on. On the capital side, large family offices and asset managers. Partners across the US, Canada and Europe; we cover India and MENA.
